At Yardball USA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy allows for returns of like-new full products products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Second Quality items, Custom items, and gift cards are all final sale and not returnable. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is initiated due to a damaged product, in which case we will arrange and cover the return shipping expenses. Additionally, for orders placed between Black Friday and December 31st, the return window is extended until January 31st of the following year. This policy is designed to accommodate holiday purchases, providing you with ample time to make returns and exchanges.
